• We remain positive on Centurion (SGX:OU8)’s prospects, as the group focuses on property development, acquisitions, and being Centurion Accommodation REIT (CAREIT)’s manager post spin-off of its assets to the latter. Shareholders may receive another dividend inspecie when Centurion pares down its stake further in CAREIT next year.

• We had previously accounted for the divestment, based on an enlarged portfolio basis including incoming cash proceeds. Hence, our estimates remain largely unchanged. Centurion will be the asset’s REIT manager as well.
