Centurion Accommodation REIT

Centurion Accommodation REIT (CAREIT) is a real estate investment trust established with the principal investment strategy of investing, directly or indirectly, in a portfolio of income-producing real estate assets which are used primarily for purpose-built worker accommodation (PBWA) purposes, purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) purposes or other accommodation purposes located globally (excluding Malaysia), as well as real estate-related assets.

The initial portfolio of Centurion Accommodation REIT as at the Listing Date (25 September 2025) comprises 14 assets:

• 5 PBWA assets located in Singapore,
• 8 PBSA assets located in the United Kingdom, and
• 1 PBSA asset located in Australia.

The Sponsor – Centurion Corporation Limited (SGX:OU8) is an established specialised accommodation owner-developer-operator with a global platform and is experienced in investing in, developing, owning and/or managing quality specialised accommodation assets. Its PBWA assets are managed under the “Westlite Accommodation” brand, while its PBSA assets are managed under the “dwell” brand and the “Epiisod” brand.

The Manager – Centurion Asset Management Pte. Ltd., was incorporated in Singapore under the Companies Act on 17 January 2025. It has an issued and paid-up capital of S$2.0 million. The Manager is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Sponsor.
