  • As for utilities, CapitaLand Ascendas REIT pointed out that there would be limited impact as its rates in Singapore have been fixed for FY26, while the pricing formula from 2027 to 2029 is favourable. Brent crude prices would need to more than triple from current levels for CapitaLand Ascendas REIT to face higher electricity rates in FY27 as compared to FY26. As for its overseas assets, there is a passthrough mechanism to tenants for most leases, and the remaining exposure has been hedged.
