UI BOUSTEAD REIT (SGX: UIBU) is a Singapore-listed real estate investment trust (REIT) constituted on 3 July 2025 and listed on 12 March 2026, with a market capitalization of approximately S$1.2 billion at its IPO issue price of S$0.88 per unit.
Investment Strategy:
UI Boustead REIT's principal investment strategy is to invest, directly or indirectly, in a diversified portfolio of income-generating logistics, industrial, high-specifications industrial, and business space assets (such as business parks, offices, and near-city facilities supporting knowledge-intensive activities) in the Asia Pacific region, as well as real estate-related assets.β
Initial Portfolio:
The REIT's seed portfolio comprises 23 properties valued at S$1.9 billion (as at 30 September 2025), including 21 leasehold assets in Singapore (71% of value) and two freehold properties in Japan (29%), with a total gross floor area of 5.9 million sq ft and net leasable area of 5.3 million sq ft.
