The Assembly Place Holdings Ltd. is Singapore’s largest community‑living operator, with a diversified portfolio spanning residential co‑living, hotels and serviced apartments, student accommodation, housing for foreign healthcare professionals and inter‑generational living. The group also provides project management, property management and related services to asset owners, operating primarily through an asset‑light model.
Its community‑driven living concept serves young professionals, expatriates, digital nomads, students, foreign healthcare staff and seniors, supported by internal digital systems for pricing, inventory and workflow management. Beyond leases and management contracts, the company offers renovation coordination and referral services, and selectively holds minority stakes in property‑owning vehicles to strengthen strategic alignment.
The Assembly Place Holdco Pte. Ltd. was incorporated on 5 January 2023 and renamed The Assembly Place Holdings Pte. Ltd. on 20 July 2023. It was converted into a public company and rebranded The Assembly Place Holdings Ltd. on 9 January 2026, before being listed on Catalist on 23 January 2026.
As at the listing date, the group managed approximately 3,422 keys across about 100 assets in Singapore through its subsidiaries and associated companies. Regional expansion is underway, with its first overseas community‑living site in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur scheduled to open in 2026 as a co‑living facility.
Revenue is derived from three segments: community‑driven stays, which contributed roughly 94–98% of revenue over FY2022–1H2025; other property‑related services, including project and property management; and investments comprising minority interests in property‑holding and synergistic companies.
