- The project has been granted developmental approval and is scheduled for completion in Dec 2027. It is located at 37-43 Stirling Highway, Nedlands, Perth, Australia, within 500 metres or a 10-minute walk from the University of Western Australia’s Crawley campus and walking distance from Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre. Its location is supported by rail network and reliable, high-frequency buses that connect to Perth’s central business district (CBD).
- Centurion will position the PBSA for the premium market under the EPIISOD brand. This marks Centurion’s entry into its fourth Australian city after EPIISOD Macquarie Park in Sydney (earmarked to be spun-off to CAREIT), Dwell Village in Melbourne, and Dwell East End in Adelaide (spun-off to CAREIT). The acquisition will be funded with internal resources.
Contribution from 2028 is expected to be small.
