Leong Guan

Leong Guan Holdings Limited (隆原控股) is a Singapore-based investment holding company. Its subsidiaries engage in the manufacturing, wholesaling, and trading of food products, with a focus on fresh noodles and soy bean-based beancurd.

The Group’s operations are organized into three segments:

• Self-manufactured products: noodle products, soy bean-based beancurd, and wanton skins, which accounted for 59.7% of revenue in FY2024.
• Trading products.
• OEM products: white-label noodle and beancurd manufactured by third parties under the Group’s LG Brand.

Revenue is predominantly derived from Singapore, based on the location of sales. Domestic operations contributed 97.6% in FY2022, 95.3% in FY2023, and 94.0% in FY2024.

The Group traces its origins to 2003, when subsidiary Leong Guan Food Trading began as a general food distributor in Singapore. In 2005, Leong Guan Food Manufacturer was established to enter food production, with fresh noodle manufacturing commencing in 2006 following the setup of its factory. In 2018, the Group undertook a corporate rebranding and introduced the “LG Brand” trademark for packaging and marketing.
