• Centurion (SGX:OU8) delivered a solid 9M25 business update, with revenue rising 12% y-o-y to S$208m to account for 80% of our full-year forecasts. The strong revenue generation was on the back of contribution from new assets, better-than-expected occupancies and rental reversions across both its Purpose-Built Workers’ Accommodation (PBWA) and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) portfolios.
