• Skylink Vehicle Rental: Leasing of commercial vehicles.
• Skylink Credit: Hire purchase financing solutions.
• Skylink Engineering: Maintenance, repair, overhaul services and engineering solutions. 

Through its integrated ecosystem (including Skylink Auto, Skylink Car Rental, and Skylink Insurance, which are not part of the listed entity), the Group delivers differentiated value and quality customer service throughout the lifecycle of a vehicle.  

Skylink Holdings Limited is listed on the Catalist Board of the Singapore Exchange (SGX) with effect from September 17, 2025, following the completion of the reverse takeover exercise of Sincap Group Limited.
