Singapore Land Group Limited (SingLand), formerly known as United Industrial Corporation, is a real estate company listed since 1971. SingLand works across a diversified portfolio that includes commercial offices, retail properties, residential developments, hotels and IT services.
SingLand's commercial assets in Singapore currently include 2.5mil square feet of office space and 1mil square feet of retail space (including 100% of stake in Tampines Plaza 1 and 2, Clifford Centre, Singapore Land Tower, Stamford Court, The Gateway, UIC Building, SGX Centre 2, West Mall; ~77% of stake in Marina Square; ~20% of stake in Novena Square). SingLand also owns overseas investment assets in China and the United Kingdom.
