UltraGreen.ai Limited is a Singapore-based holding company focused on advanced medical technology, with specialization in Fluorescence-Guided Surgery (FGS). Its core portfolio includes the diagnostic agent Indocyanine Green (ICG), the IC-Flow™ Imaging System, and the UltraGreen Data Platform. A key subsidiary, Diagnostic Green (DxG), is recognized as the only ICG company with a global presence. The Group aims to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to enhance surgical procedures and data analysis.

The Group operates globally, with significant revenue contributions from the United States, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region. UltraGreen.ai Limited was incorporated on 9 September 2024 in Singapore under the Companies Act as a private company limited by shares (Registration No.: 202437045W). The Group structure was streamlined on 7 November 2024, when UltraGreen.ai became the holding company following the acquisition of UltraGreen DAC and its subsidiaries from Renew Group Private Limited. The company’s shares are listed and quoted on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange, effective 3 December 2025 (Stock Code: ULG).
