Portfolio occupancy improved 0.5ppt q-o-q to 95.1% in 4QFY26 due new leases at CA1 and VIE1. Occupancy at CA1 improved 3.3ppt to 93.6%, while occupancy at VIE1 improved 0.5ppt to 92%.

Most of the new leases secured in 3QFY26 are expected to commence in 1QFY27. Management expects CA1 to be fully occupied and occupancy at CA3 to hit high-90%. Occupancy for SG1 should recover above 95%. Portfolio occupancy is expected to increase 3ppt to 98% in 1QFY27 when new leases previously committed commences.
