NTT DC REIT

NTT DC REIT is a real estate investment trust (REIT) that was constituted in Singapore on March 28, 2025. Its core investment strategy involves investing, directly or indirectly, in a diverse portfolio of stabilized income-producing real estate assets globally, primarily those utilized for data center purposes, along with assets essential to support the digital economy.

The REIT is sponsored by NTT Limited, which is part of the NTT Group. The NTT Group is a global IT services and telecommunications conglomerate with a significant presence in the data center business, being the third-largest data center provider globally (excluding China). NTT Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of NTT DATA, Inc., which in turn is majority-held by NTT DATA Group Corporation.

NTT DC REIT underwent an initial public offering (IPO) in Singapore, with the prospectus dated July 7, 2025, and registered with the Monetary Authority of Singapore on the same date. The offering included 599,887,100 units.
