- Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trustβs logistics properties in Australia, Europe and the UK maintained full occupancy of 100% in 2QFY26. Occupancy for logistics properties in Singapore improved slightly by 2.7ppt q-o-q to 94.3%.
- Overall, occupancy for Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trustβs logistics portfolio maintained at almost full occupancy of 99.8%.

- Occupancy at Alexandra Technopark (ATP) in Singapore was stable at 85.6%. It has backfilled 83% of the ex-Google space as of Mar 26 (Dec 25: 82%). Majority of the new leases at ATP will commence by Jan 27.
- Occupancy at Maxis Business Park in the UK dropped 8.6ppt q-o-q to 82.8% due to non-renewals for two tenants but FLT has since backfilled one of the vacant spaces.
