Singtel - RHB Research 2025-07-22: Taking Stock Of Nxera DC; Maintain BUY Rating

• We see the decent pre-sold capacity of new data centres (DC) providing a new leg of growth for Singtel’s Digital Infraco business in the mid-to-longer term. Management expects DC-related EBITDA to double by FY28, helped by higher demand from artificial intelligence (AI) cloud offerings.
