Site Visit Highlights
Public previews for The Robertson Opus began on July 5.
- Buyer interest is anticipated to be robust, as this is the only 999-year leasehold development in the Core Central Region (CCR) slated for launch in 2025, and it is well-located near key amenities such as River Valley Primary School and Fort Canning MRT station. Frasers Property is currently in the process of receiving cheques, with the cut-off date set for July 15. While indicative pricing starts at S$3,150 per square foot, final prices will depend on demand. Sales bookings are scheduled to commence on July 19.

- The recent increase in Seller’s Stamp Duty (SSD) is unlikely to have a material impact, as buyers are purchasing for legacy planning purposes, with some acquiring units through trusts for future generations. The project is expected to obtain its Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) in 2030.
Buyer interest has been stronger for the two-bedroom units so far.
