• The property is a part 3-storey factory and part 5-storey ancillary office building with a sub-par occupancy rate of 83% as of Sep 2024. The divestment is expected to be completed by end-1H25. Assuming proceeds are used for debt repayment, this should lower AIMS APAC REIT’s gearing to ~32%, providing a healthy debt headroom of ~S$100m (based on a 40% level) for acquisitions.
