• Sep 24 saw strong performance as the US Fed’s jumbo interest rate cut, cooling US inflation and encouraging economic data drove global markets to record highs. Furthermore, China’s unveiling of aggressive fiscal stimulus announcements at the end of the month boosted regional investor confidence. As a result, the STI ended higher (+4.1% mom) for Sep 24.
