- Within its managed REITs, we observe a continued uptrend in contracted rent growth (or organic growth) momentum, aided by favorable demand-supply dynamics especially for Singapore-focused plays (CapitaLand Ascendas REIT and CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust) where we see there is room for rental growth come 2024.
