- CapitaLand Investment (SGX:9CI)’s FY22 revenue increased 25.4% y-o-y to S$2,876m, but earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) fell 20.4% to S$1,966m due largely to lower gains from revaluation and divestments gains, but partially offset by improved EBITDA from operations. Similarly, total PATMI slipped 36.2% to S$861m. See

- Management declared a final cash dividend of S$0.12 and a special dividend-in-specie (DIS) of 0.057 CapitaLand Ascott Trust (SGX:HMN) units per CapitaLand Investment share valued at S$0.059 (FY21: final cash dividend of S$0.12 and special cash dividend of S$0.03). Following this DIS, CapitaLand Investment’s stake in CapitaLand Ascott Trust would be reduced from 37.53% to 29.05%, but would still be the highest among the stakes it owns listed REITs and business trusts.
