• CapitaLand Investment provided its business update for 3Q25. Cumulatively, its 9M25 revenue came in at S$1,568m, representing a decline of 25% y-o-y. This was largely due to the deconsolidation of CapitaLand Ascott Trust. Excluding this, CapitaLand Investment’s revenue would instead have increased by 3% y-o-y.
