- With regards to the change in its sponsor, Suntec REIT highlighted during its recent Annual General Meeting (AGM) that it would be business as usual and focus will remain on disciplined execution of capital and portfolio management to deliver long-term value and sustainable growth to unitholders. It will look to finalise its board of directors and then undertake a strategic review exercise.
