• Coliwoo has entered into a put and call option agreement to purchase the hotel strata lot, now operating as Park Avenue Hotel, from ESR REIT (SGX:9A4U). Purchase consideration at S$101m for the 250 room hotel with a ground floor retail, comes close to the asset’s latest valuation at S$100.9m.
