Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust - OCBC Investment Research 2025-11-10: Still Soft DPU Outlook

• Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust’s 2HFY25 results came in within our expectations. Gross revenue and adjusted net property income (NPI) rose 3.7% and 2.2% y-o-y to S$239.2m and S$164.9m respectively.

2HFY25 DPU fell 11.1% y-o-y to 2.95 Singapore cents but metourexpectations.

• Overall 2HFY25 DPU dipped 11.1% y-o-y to 2.95 Singapore cents as the amount of capital distribution from divestment gains fell 65.1% to S$9.8m, or 0.26 Singapore cents. For FY25, Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust's DPU slipped 12.5% to 5.95 Singapore cents due largely to higher finance costs and lower capital distribution. This came in 0.3% higher than forecast.
