• We raise our 2026 Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust's DPU forecasts by 2.5% due to the recent improvement in occupancies and paying 75% of management fees in units (previous: 50%).

• Gross revenue grew 3.7% y-o-y in 2HFY25, driven by the acquisition of 2 Tuas South Link 1 (completion: 5 Nov 25), higher occupancies from UK business parks and contribution from the Maastricht logistics facility in the Netherlands (practical completion: Oct 24). These gains were partially offset by higher vacancies at Alexandra Technopark (ATP) in Singapore and currency headwinds (Australian dollar depreciated 4% y-o-y against the Singapore dollar).
