  • CesiumAstra, which builds communications systems for space and defence industries, recently expanded by 24,000sf at Westmoor Center in Denver. Management sees Westmoor Center and 105 Edgeview benefitting from spillover from nearby Boulder and demand from defence contractors, including missile defence systems, located in the vicinity.
