• All Frasers Centrepoint Trust's malls are at or near full occupancy according to its 3QFY25 business update:
• Portfolio occupancy for Frasers Centrepoint Trust’s suburban malls improved 0.4ppt q-o-q to 99.9% in 3QFY25 (excluding Hougang Mall undergoing asset enhancement initiative (AEI)). Occupancies at Causeway Point, Tiong Bahru Plaza and White Sands improved 1.0ppt, 0.7ppt and 1.3ppt q-o-q respectively to 100%, 99.8% and 100% as of Jun 25. Northpoint City North Wing and the newly acquired South Wing maintained full occupancy.

Maintaining positive rental reversion at high single-digit.
