• The divestment has since been delayed multiple times as the Sponsor was not able to raise the required funds for the acquisitions.
  • In 4Q22, the delay was attributed to the prolonged COVID-19 controls in China, followed by the PRC National Day Holiday. However, the divestment continues to be delayed and it now looks like the latest deadline on 28 February 2023 is unlikely to be met.
