5 Singapore REITs trading at their 5 years Price/NAV high
Despite the Covid-19 pandemic significantly impacting REIT prices, some REITs have rebounded to close to their 5 years Price/NAV high. In this article we will be discussing the 5 S-REITs trading at close to their 5 years high, in terms of Price/NAV, at the time of writing (14 April 2021). Do note that despite being at their 5 years high (in terms of Price/NAV) this does not mean that the REIT is overvalued. A REIT can be undervalued (<1 Price/NAV) but still be trading at an all-time high. Journey To Retirement Part 17.3 -- CapitaR China Trust, Part 19.1 -- Lendlease Reit
Did a strategic swap of CapitaR China Trust to Lendlease Reit.  As a result of the swap, Lendlease Reit holding increased by 42.86%.  Dividend received for CapitaR China Trust also absorbed into Lendlease resulting in a total of 10.448 cents/unit as of latest distribution in February 2021.  Overall, there isn't any change to the Strategic section in term of total capital being put in (still $0 at the moment).The reason for the swap is because accumulation of CapitaR China Trust has been slower than Lendlease Reit.  In addition, is now trying a new method different from previous Strategic portfolio that is focus on 1 stock first instead of doing multiple simultaneously to determine which method is more effective in accumulating at the shortest possible time.

5 Potential SGX High Yield Dividend Stocks with High Liquidity And Profitability
Recently, I have started looking around for other potential high dividend yielding stocks with good liquidity and profitability for inclusion into my future equities portfolio.  Equity market had a good start of the year and STI has finally touched 3000.00 last Thursday! But it felt short of my expectations as I was hoping the index to breakthrough 3,000 psychological support/resistance on Thursday itself.  Hence I am expecting some pullback before it stays above 3,000.Whereas Nasdaq continued its climb to record high but ended modestly lower last Friday when Biden announced his $1.9 trillion stimulus plan and his tax proposals. Strategic Investor 2020 Review
FTSE STI ended 2020 at 2,843.81 compared with 3,222.83 a year ago, representing a drop of 379.02 points or 11.76%.  This is the year known as Covid-19 which even worse than 2003 SARS despite the fatality rate being lower.  Covid-19 first struck the world in January but technically should be December 2019 when it was first reported in China.  However, then not much people took it seriously.  That is why the coronavirus is officially named as Covid-19.  For the whole of 2020, the world is "conquered" by Covid-19.  After battling for almost half the year, it looked like stabilized and under-control but it came back "strongly" with mutation in December 2020.  While vaccination finally available but can these vaccinations be the answered to the mutated strain
