2018 September Quarter STI Earnings Schedule

  • Yesterday, Singapore Press Holdings kick-started the September quarter earnings reporting season for the constituents of the benchmark STI by releasing its results for the year ended 31 Aug 2018.

  • Keppel Corp will follow suit with its 3Q earnings release on Thursday, while Singapore Exchange will unveil its results for fiscal 1Q on Friday. As for next week, CapitaLand Mall Trust and Ascendas REIT are scheduled to release quarterly results on Thursday, while UOB and CapitaLand Commercial Trust will report on Friday.

  • In the YTD, the STI has generated a total return of -7%. The 30 Index constituents have a combined market capitalisation of over S$500 billion. They have averaged a total return of -9.6% in the YTD, bringing their 12-month and three-year total returns to -8.8% and +12.9% respectively.

Keppel Corp will follow suit with its third quarter earnings release on Thursday, while Singapore Exchange will unveil its results for the fiscal first quarter on Friday.

As for next week, CapitaLand Mall Trust and Ascendas REIT are scheduled to release quarterly results on Thursday, while United Overseas Bank and CapitaLand Commercial Trust will report on Friday.
