2018 September Quarter S-REITs Earnings Schedule

  • The latest quarterly reporting season for Singapore REITs and Business Trusts began last week, with SPH REIT releasing its results for the year ended 31 Aug 2018. This was followed by Keppel REIT, Keppel DC REIT, and First REIT, which unveiled their 3Q earnings earlier this week.

  • Soilbuild Business Space REIT will report its 3Q results after the close of trading today, while Frasers Commercial Trust will release earnings for its fiscal 4Q on Friday, before the market opens.

  • The iEdge S-REIT Index has 36 constituents, comprising 28 REITs, six stapled trusts and two property trusts. With a combined market capitalisation of nearly S$80 billion, they have averaged a total return of -5.7% in the 2018 YTD, bringing their 12-month and three-year total returns to -2.5% and 24.5% respectively.




The latest quarterly reporting season for Singapore REITs and Business Trusts began last week, with SPH REIT releasing its results for the year ended 31 August 2018. This was followed by Keppel REIT, Keppel DC REIT, and First REIT, which unveiled their third-quarter earnings earlier this week.

Soilbuild Business Space REIT will report its 3Q18 results after the close of trading today, while Frasers Commercial Trust will release earnings for its fiscal 4Q on Friday, before the market opens. Next week, at least another 12 trusts are scheduled to unveil their quarterly results.

*The scheme of arrangement for the merger of ESR-REIT and Viva Industrial Trust became effective and binding on 15 Oct 2018, and in accordance with the scheme's terms, Viva's stapled securities are expected to be delisted on 22 Oct.
