Lendlease REIT achieved stronger positive rental reversion of 12.2% in 3QFY26 (Jem: High single-digit, 313@Somerset: Mid-single-digit and PLQ Mall: Double-digit), compared to 10.9% in 1HFY26. Jem is fully occupied as of Mar 26. 313@Somerset and newly acquired PLQ Mall registered high occupancy of 99.3% and 99.7% respectively.
