- According to the GeBIZ website, on 20 Sep, Raffles Medical (SGX:BSL) was awarded the contract for the provision of medical services at Connect@Changi as a TCF or CTF at Hall 9, and at Hall 10 as a CTF. There were nine bidders for the open tender, and Raffles Medical had the lowest bid value of S$151,392.
