- Telkomsel has entered into an agreement with its parent, Telkom, to integrate the parent’s leading fixed broadband business, IndiHome, into Telkomsel via issuing new shares. SingTel (SGX:Z74)’s stake in Telkomsel would be diluted from 35.0% to 29.6% post-completion. SingTel would then exercise its pre-emptive right to purchase another 0.5ppt of the newly-enlarged entity.

- SingTel's announced recently that PT Telekomunikasi Selular (Telkomsel), its 35%-owned associate company, has entered into an agreement with its parent PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk’s (Telkom) to integrate Telkom’s wholly-owned fixed broadband business, Indihome into Telkomsel.
