- The sponsor NTT Limited (NTT), through its subsidiary NTT Global Data Centres, is the world’s third-largest data centre provider globally (excluding China) with 2,277MW of IT power (1,419MW in operation and 858MW under construction). It has a portfolio of 133 buildings across 91 data centre sites.
- The sponsor has granted NTT DC REIT a global right of first refusal over stabilised income-producing data centres covering 123 properties with a capacity of about 2,000MW, of which 130MW represents identified high-conviction acquisitions for potential execution over the next five years.
NTT DC REIT is the only offtake vehicle for NTT to recycle capital.
