• Lendlease REIT achieved positive rental reversion of 10.2% in FY25 (313@Somerset: high single digit, Jem: low teens). Occupancy remained high at 98.8% for 313@Somerset and 99.8% for Jem as of Jun 25. Tenant retention was healthy at 83.3% weighted by NLA.
