As of May 2025, year-to-date new home sales (excluding ECs) are up an estimated 163% y-o-y to 4,339 units. However, June sales are expected to be slower due to fewer launches during school holidays.
2H25 pipeline of planned new launches (excluding ECs) of 7,168 units will drive sales, especially from July. 2H25 new launches are around 50% more than 1H25’s 4,669 units.
