Civmec - Maybank Research 2024-08-30: Strong Execution; 2HFY24 Results In Line

• Civmec (SGX:P9D)’s 2HFY24 PATMI of AUD32.5m (+10.6% y-o-y) was within our and street expectations. It brought FY24 earnings to AUD64.4m (+11.7% y-o-y), or 100% of FY24 consensus.
• The group declared a final dividend of AUD0.035, taking total Civmec's dividend to AUD0.06 for the full year (or dividend payout ratio of ~48%). Given its net cash balance sheet, we believe there is still room for Civmec to raise its payout ratio.
