- For 2024, we expect new private home sales (excluding executive condominiums) to grow 10-15% y-o-y, to 7,000- 7,500 units. Resale volumes, meanwhile, are expected to be similarly increase by 10-15% y-o-y amid more bargain-hunting and spill over demand from new launches.
- Note: gross profit margins are higher for new launches (i.e. in the low teens) compared to high-single digits for secondary property projects.
