• Elite UK REIT’s healthy 2Q/1H financial performance was in line. We are positive on the REIT’s latest acquisition of three assets which would lengthen lease expiries and diversify income.

Obtained planning approval for the conversion of Lindsay House, Dundee into student housing.

• The asset, which was earlier vacated, will be converted into a 168-bed purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) due to its attractive location to two nearby universities, amenities and limited supply in the area. As at end Dec 2024, the asset was valued at GBP1.5m and an additional ~GBP18m capex is likely to be pumped in a phased manner for redevelopment.
