- We recently went on a tour organised by Elite UK REIT (SGX:MXNU) to visit several of its assets in and near Manchester and Leeds. We met with the local teams managing the properties and gained valuable insights into their usage (primarily as social infrastructure leased to government entities) as well as their daily operations.

- Services include job matching, workplace training with local organisations, preparing for interviews, etc. Given the necessity of face-to-face interactions, we noted that the utilisation rate of these centres is considerably high. The Jobcentres are rather uniformly designed and highly functional, with individual booths staffed by work coaches, youth coaches, officers assisting claimants, etc.
