Infinity Development Holdings Company Limited ("Infinity Development", 星谦发展) is a well-established industrial enterprise specializing in the manufacturing and sale of adhesives, primers, hardeners, and vulcanized shoe adhesive-related products primarily used in the footwear industry. With over 35 years of operating history, the Group leverages strong research and development capabilities, including an R&D centre in Guangzhou, PRC, focused on formulation innovations and environmentally friendly, sustainable solutions. Infinity Development’s prominent brand names, Zhong Bu and Centresin, are recognized for high-quality footwear adhesives and serve major Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) supplying global footwear brands such as Nike, adidas, and New Balance.
The company generates revenue and conducts its primary operations largely across Asia. Key operational markets include Macau, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the PRC. The Group maintains production facilities in Zhuhai (PRC), Vietnam, and Indonesia. In addition, Infinity Development has subsidiaries, associated companies, and business activities spanning the British Virgin Islands, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, Singapore, and Taiwan, with representative offices in Bangladesh, Cambodia, and Taiwan.
Infinity Development was formally incorporated in the Cayman Islands on 15 December 2009. Initially established as Infinity Chemical Holdings Company Ltd. to serve as a holding company, it was renamed Infinity Development Holdings Company Limited following shareholder approval on 23 December 2015, reflecting its expanded business scope. Infinity Development’s shares have been listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (HKSE) since August 2010 (Stock Code: 640). Infinity Development undertakes a dual listing, offering 35,100,000 new shares by way of placement for listing and quotation on the Catalist Board of the Singapore Exchange, effective 3 December 2025 (Stock Code: ZBA).
