PC Partner Group Limited was incorporated in the Cayman Islands on April 1, 2010, under the Cayman Islands Companies Act as an exempted company with limited liability (company registration number: 239079).

PC Partner Group Limited primarily engaged in 3 main businesses:

1. Design, Manufacturing, and Trading of VGA Cards
   • The group produces VGA cards for ODM/OEM customers and also markets these products under its own brands: ZOTAC, Inno3D, and Manli. These products are sold in over 70 countries across regions such as APAC, EMEA, NALA, and PRC. Sales are either made directly from the Hong Kong headquarters or through subsidiaries located in Japan, Korea, PRC, and the USA. The group's strong business relationships with NVIDIA and AMD enables it to develop cost-effective, high-performance products to meet customer needs.
2. EMS Business
   • The group's EMS offerings cater to globally recognized brands, including major providers of ATM and POS systems, industrial devices such as accelerator and control cards, and various consumer electronic products, including electronic clocks and wireless thermometers.
3. Other PC-related Products and Components
   • In addition to VGA cards, the group designs and develops other PC-related products, such as mini-PCs and motherboards, under the ZOTAC brand or for other parties.

PC Partner Group Limited’s shares have been listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Main Board (stock code HKEX:1263) since January 12, 2012, and secondarily listed on Singapore Exchange’s Main Board (stock code SGX:PCT) w.e.f. November 15, 2024.
