- The history of the Group can be traced back to its principal operating subsidiary, Oiltek, which was incorporated in Malaysia on 1 December 1980 as a private company limited by shares and started out as a home-grown vegetable and edible oil process engineering company. Since then, the Group has expanded internationally with customers in more than 30 countries and 8 international sales agents in Bangladesh, Brazil, Colombia, Honduras, Indonesia, Myanmar, Pakistan and Venezuela, to provide an integrated and comprehensive range of vegetable oils process and engineering solutions.
