Pacific Radiance - Phillip Securities 2024-09-27: The Revival

• We initiate coverage on Pacific Radiance (PACRA, SGX:RXS) with a BUY recommendation and target price of S$0.06. We expect Pacific Radiance's earnings to jump in FY25e, backed by more than US$40mil of charter contracts, the construction of crew transfer vehicles, and increased scale in ship management operations. The restructuring of associate Logindo will further enhance the company's valuation.
