December 2019 Quarter S-REIT Earnings Schedule

  • The iEdge S-REIT Index comprises 35 constituents with a combined market cap of over S$100 billion. The 36th constituent – Ascendas Hospitality Trust, acquired by Ascott Residences Trust – was delisted on 3 Jan.

  • So far, 20 constituents have already reported their earnings for the quarter/full-year ended 31 December 2019. Another 15 REITs are scheduled to unveil their Dec quarter results over the next three weeks, with six reporting today and tomorrow.

  • Over the 2019 calendar year, the constituents of the iEdge S-REIT Index have averaged a total return of 25.2%, bringing their one-year and three-year total returns to 18.0% and 41.7% respectively.




The iEdge S-REIT Index, which measures the performance of SGX-listed REITs, comprises 35 constituents with a combined market capitalisation of more than S$100 billion. Note that the previous 36th constituent – Ascendas Hospitality Trust, acquired by Ascott Residences Trust – was delisted on 3 Jan 2020.

So far, 20 constituents of the Index have released their earnings for the quarter/full-year ended 31 December 2019, with another 15 scheduled to report their results over the next three weeks. Six trusts– OUE Commercial REIT, Ascott Residence Trust, CDL Hospitality Trusts, Ascendas India Trust, Ascendas REIT and AIMS APAC REIT – will unveil their earnings today and tomorrow.
