S-REIT Earnings Schedule - 2019 June Quarter

  • SPH REIT will be the first to kick off the latest quarterly reporting season for S-REITs today with the release of its fiscal third quarter results ended 31 May 2019.

  • Keppel REIT will announce its results next Monday, followed by Keppel DC REIT, CapitaLand Commercial Trust, Soilbuild Business Space REIT and First REIT in the same week. 

  • The iEdge S-REIT Index has 36 constituents, with a combined market capitalisation of S$98 billion. These 36 constituents averaged a total return of 23.1% in the 2019 YTD, bringing their 1Y and 3Y returns to 20.1% and 41.9% respectively.

SPH REIT will kick off the current financial reporting season for Singapore REITs later today with the release of its fiscal 3Q 2019 earnings. Keppel REIT will follow with its results next Monday, while Keppel DC REIT, CapitaLand Commercial Trust, Soilbuild Business Space REIT and First REIT will release their earnings later in the week.
