Borrowing costs dropped 24.6% y-o-y to S$18.5m, while cash distribution declared by its joint venture climbed 7.5% y-o-y to S$5.9m. However, this was not enough to prevent overall DPU from declining 4.9% y-o-y to 3.11 Singapore cents.
